Domestic help:

 

Domestic help services are provided at an hourly rate  and there is a minimum of 3 hours per visit.

 

Every Quebec resident is entitled to a $4/hour subsidy for domestic help services

 

For clients over the age of 65,  and those refered by their CSSS there is an additional subsidy available from the Quebec government. for more information see the program web site at :

For clients over the age of 70, there is also the Home Support for Seniors Tax Credit which reduces the hourly rate by 30%.

 

Heavy cleaning and seasonal work rates are calculated depending on the tasks to be performed.

 

 Respite Care:

Services are offerred in 3 hour blocks or more. Rates based on family revenue. Rates start for as little as 4,00$ per hour

Homecare:

 

At this time, homecare is not yet subsidized by the Quebec government.  However, clients over the age of 70 may benefit from the Home Support for Seniors Tax Credit which reduces the hourly rate by 30%.

 

Homecare is provided at an hourly rate and there is a minimum service of 3 hours per visit. These services can be combined  with domestic aid services at each visit. The rate for visits less than 3 hours is calculated differently.

 

 

There is no charge for an evaluation for your homecare and cleaning needs. This meeting is carried out in your home.
